In 1998, Dr. Choe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology and minor in economics from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
In 1998, Dr. Choe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology and minor in economics from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002 and completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in 2003 at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In 2004 he was chief resident and received hospital-based training at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Hospital in General Practice Residency. He completed his periodontics residency in 2007 at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and his Implant Periodontal Prosthetics Fellowship in 2009. Dr. Choe became a Diplomate in periodontics in 2008, where he was board certified by the American Board of Periodontology. Additionally he also received a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore, Graduate School in 2007.
Dr. Choe received an award for “Immediately Loaded Implant Solutions,” during the Nobel Biocare World Tour in 2006. He also was a Volpe Prize Finalist in 2009 for “Impact of Sinus Pathosis on Implant Survival in the Augmented Sinus” and also presented this research at the International Association for Dental Research. Dr. Choe is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Baltimore County Dental Association. He currently resides in Mount Washington, Maryland, while practicing at Feldman, Slevin, Hurwitz & Choe, D.D.S., P.A. in Towson, Maryland.
